Payments are processed securely through Clerk and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We do not store your payment information directly - all payment processing is handled by these trusted third-party providers.

The Service, including its software, features, and content (excluding your feedback data), is owned by FeedInsight and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our AI analysis results and insights are licensed to you for your use while your subscription is active.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedInsight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
